Shipping Policy

Order processing
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive an order confirmation after checkout and a shipping confirmation when your order is on the way.

Estimated delivery
Estimated delivery is 7–20 business days after shipment. Because our products may ship directly from different supplier locations, items from the same order may arrive in separate packages and at different times. Carrier, weather, customs, and other delays outside our control may affect delivery.

Shipping rates and destinations
Available shipping destinations and any shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment.

Tracking
Tracking information will be emailed when it becomes available. Please allow up to 5 business days for tracking updates to appear after shipment.

Incorrect addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected; changes cannot be guaranteed after processing begins.
