We work to present clear product descriptions, photos, specifications, and usage notes. Some product details are supplied by third-party suppliers or fulfillment partners. We do not manufacture every product sold in the store and do not claim supplier products are manufactured by Cool Supply Shop.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless Shopify checkout displays otherwise. Taxes, shipping, and any available shipping methods are calculated or displayed at checkout.
8. Price Changes
Prices may change without notice. We may correct pricing errors, cancel an affected order, or contact you for instructions if a pricing error is discovered before fulfillment.
9. Order Acceptance
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. Order acceptance occurs when the order is processed for fulfillment. We may cancel or decline an order for fraud risk, payment issues, inventory issues, address issues, supplier restrictions, or policy concerns.
10. Order Cancellation
Cancellation requests must be sent within as soon as possible after placing the order. Because some products may be routed quickly to fulfillment partners, cancellation is not guaranteed after an order is placed.

Processing and delivery times vary by product and fulfillment location. Some multi-item orders may arrive in separate packages. United States shipping is available at launch; international shipping is currently paused. Review the shipping method and rate shown at checkout before placing an order. Some orders may include products from different suppliers or fulfillment locations. Multi-item orders may ship separately, arrive on different dates, and use different tracking numbers.
